Studio Caroline grew out of a firm belief that urban gardens can be beautiful, practical and good for us - all at once. Maximising space, year-round enjoyment and biodiversity are the hallmarks of our design ethos.
We do not have a house style or a pre-determined list of plants like so many planting designers or off-the-shelf garden kits. We invest time up front to understand you and your space. You are at the heart of the process so your garden is unique to you.
We bring specific and extensive knowledge of how to make your city space joyful and inviting. But above all, we create designs for you. How you live, how you breathe, how you relax. Our principles work around you and your needs - every time.
A CONSIDERED PROCESS
From first walk-around to a garden
that grows with you.
Every full planting scheme begins with a conversation and an on-site visit. We listen to what you need, look closely at the conditions, and make a plan that feels right for your home.
Within a week of the visit, you receive a short report summarising the meeting and the desired mood. Once the scope is agreed, we create the full design, discuss it together, and make up to two final tweaks before planting begins.We check back in after six months and again after a year, so the garden can settle in as beautifully as it was intended to.
